EXCELAGENT, is a network of real estate agents in Canada who are not satisfied with simply doing what everyone else does. The network is comprised of very well established and successful agents who are looking for ways to differentiate themselves to enhance / maintain competitive advantage.

EXCELAGENT, as a model, was born out of the obvious limitations of national branding. Simply put, two agents working for the same national branded franchise, have no advantage over each other. Indeed, with the campaigns that national franchises use, one can also say that inter-franchise advantages are small.

We wanted a way to BRAND A PERSON - just a person (not a company) - one person (in one area) - with better resources than all the other people in his/her area - hence, the EXCELAGENT network.

EXCELAGENT's (member agents) have access to all our resources, including dozens of web sites which promote and capture business for that agent. We do not let more than one agent into one area - therefore - no competition.
