EXCELAGENT was created to reward the top agents in their area with benefits that were not accessible by other people. In essence, we wanted to make the best, better.

EXCELAGENT is based in Niagara, Canada and was the brainchild of a highly successful REALTOR® team. These individuals took the practices which provided their clients and customers the best value, and offered them as a "turn-key" solution to selected, top-rated agents in other areas. The idea was to create a unique, non-competitive, highly-selective group of top agents with the capabilities for increased business. The qualifications to enter our membership are very rigorous - simply put, we court the best and only the best.

EXCELAGENT Standards

EXCELAGENT is a system in which membership by agents is highly restricted. We apply a formula comprising many different facets of agent performance and service to determine whether the member-agent continues to qualify for EXCELAGENT membership.

These criteria include:

• Amount of business conducted. A minimum number of sales must be attained to remain in membership. Our standard would place the agent in the top 1% of national realtors on average
• Client recommendations / testimonials
• Qualifications - both in real estate and other relevant areas
• Office / Team resources
• Marketing capabilities
• Area brand recognition
